秦助龙，男，汉族，学历大专，1952年2月生于北京。自幼向外祖母（外祖母是民间名老中医，一生义务为民众治病，对眼科、皮肤科、妇科有绝招）学习祖国传统医学。因独特悟性和缘分，在学习掌握中医学技艺方面进步飞快。在学习中医推拿学的过程中经刻苦钻研，遍访国内各地.各界有专长的专家学者.并结合临床实践，很快达到了一定的高度医疗技术水平。
